存取或使用由 L2 Global Music Ltd. 營運的 SSA 流動應用程式，即表示您已閱讀並同意本條款及細則。如您不同意本條款，請停止使用應用程式。
2. 最終使用者授權協議
本條款構成您與 L2 Global Music Ltd. 之間就 SSA 流動應用程式訂立的最終使用者授權協議（EULA）。在您遵守本條款的前提下，我們授予您有限、個人、不可轉讓及可撤銷的權利，以在您控制的相容裝置上使用應用程式。
除適用法律明確允許外，您不得複製、修改、逆向工程、重新發布、出租、再授權或試圖取得應用程式的原始碼。
3. 帳戶責任
您有責任提供準確資料、保護登入憑證，以及承擔在您帳戶下進行的活動。如您懷疑帳戶遭未經授權存取，請立即聯絡我們。
4. 可接受使用
您只可將應用程式用於合法及適當的目的。您不得：
- 干擾、破壞或繞過應用程式的安全措施
- 未經授權存取其他帳戶、系統或資料
- 上載惡意程式、破壞性程式碼或有害內容
- 冒充他人或作出具誤導性的身分陳述
- 侵犯他人的私隱、知識產權或其他權利
- 利用應用程式進行騷擾、威脅、欺詐或其他違法行為
5. 不當內容及濫用行為
我們不容許不當、仇恨、露骨、威脅、欺凌、誹謗或違法內容，亦不容許濫用、騷擾或危害其他使用者的行為。我們可按情況移除相關內容、限制相關帳戶使用權限，或向適當機構作出報告。
如您發現不當內容或濫用行為，請透過支援頁面所列的聯絡方式向我們報告。
6. 使用者內容
您保留對您提交內容所擁有的權利。您向應用程式提交內容時，即確認您有權提交該內容，並允許我們在營運、保障及改善應用程式所需的範圍內處理該內容。
7. 知識產權
應用程式、介面、設計、教材、文字、圖像、音訊、影片及其他原有內容，均屬 L2 Global Music Ltd. 或相關權利持有人所有，並受適用法律保障。除本條款明確允許外，任何權利均不會授予您。
8. 外部服務
應用程式可能依賴或連結至外部服務。外部服務由其各自營運者負責，並可能受其獨立條款及政策約束。我們無法控制外部服務的可用性或內容。
9. 應用程式變更
我們可能會更新、修改、暫停或停止部分應用程式功能，以維持安全、可靠性、法律合規或整體使用體驗。我們會在合理可行情況下就重大變更提供通知。
10. 使用限制或終止
如我們合理相信帳戶違反本條款、危害其他使用者或系統安全，或適用法律要求，我們可限制或終止相關帳戶使用權限。如您認為相關措施有誤，請聯絡我們。
11. 免責及責任限制
應用程式按現況及可用情況提供。在適用法律允許的最大範圍內，我們不保證應用程式永不中斷、完全無錯誤或適合每一個特定目的。
在適用法律允許的最大範圍內，L2 Global Music Ltd. 不會就使用或無法使用應用程式所產生的間接、附帶、特殊或後果性損失承擔責任。本條款不會排除法律不容許排除的責任。
12. 適用法律
本條款受香港特別行政區法律管限，但不影響您根據所在地適用法律所享有的不可放棄權利。
13. 條款更新
我們可能會不時更新本條款。更新版本會在本頁顯示，並附上修訂後的最後更新日期。更新生效後繼續使用應用程式，即表示您知悉更新後的條款。

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the SSA mobile app operated by L2 Global Music Ltd., you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, stop using the app.
2. End User Licence Agreement
These Terms form the End User Licence Agreement (EULA) between you and L2 Global Music Ltd. for the SSA mobile app. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the app on compatible devices you control.
Except where applicable law expressly permits it, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, republish, sublicense, or attempt to obtain the source code of the app.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and all activity under your account. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use the app only for lawful and appropriate purposes. You must not:
- Interfere with, damage, or bypass app security measures
- Access other accounts, systems, or information without authorization
- Upload malware, destructive code, or harmful content
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
- Infringe the privacy, intellectual property, or other rights of others
- Use the app for harassment, threats, fraud, or unlawful conduct
5. Objectionable Content and Abusive Users
We do not tolerate objectionable, hateful, explicit, threatening, bullying, defamatory, or unlawful content. We also do not tolerate abusive conduct, harassment, or conduct that puts other users at risk. We may remove relevant content, restrict account access, or report a matter to the proper authority where appropriate.

6. User Content
You retain the rights you hold in content you submit. When you submit content to the app, you confirm that you have the right to do so and allow us to handle that content as needed to operate, protect, and improve the app.
7. Intellectual Property
The app, interface, design, learning materials, text, images, audio, video, and other original content belong to L2 Global Music Ltd. or the relevant rights holders and are protected by applicable law. No rights are granted to you except as expressly stated in these Terms.
8. External Services
The app may rely on or link to external services. External services are controlled by their respective operators and may be subject to separate terms and policies. We do not control their availability or content.
9. App Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or stop parts of the app to maintain security, reliability, legal compliance, or the overall user experience. We will give notice of significant changes when reasonably practical.
10. Access Restrictions or Termination
We may restrict or end account access if we reasonably believe an account violates these Terms, places other users or system security at risk, or where applicable law requires it. Contact us if you believe an action was taken in error.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The app is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, without errors, or suitable for every particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, L2 Global Music Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app. These Terms do not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without affecting any non-waivable rights you have under the applicable laws of your location.
13. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will appear on this page with a revised last-updated date. Continued use of the app after an update takes effect means that you acknowledge the updated Terms.
